New from Suntory, Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select Limited Edition is a meticulous symphony of at least 10 malt and grain whiskies, aged in 5 different types of cask. Whiskies have been selected from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita Distilleries. Overseen by third-generation master blender and great-grandson of the founder, Shingo Torii, and developed by fourth Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo, the blend also features hints of Yamazaki Sherry cask. Beautifully presented, this bottle comes with limited edition gift packaging.
 
Tasting Note
Color: Gold.
Nose: Soft oak tones, sawdust, vanilla pods, crystallised ginger, grated coconut, brioche, Overripe apples, a touch of sandalwood.
Palate: Some sweetened oak infusion, coconut liqueur, green tea,macha
Finish: Medium, smooth leaving a feeling of sweet oak.
