至於Premium Shiraz Label 選用了六種特選的酒桶來陳存以增加風味。 當中這款Shiraz 在其中在新的法國橡木桶中14個月然後再在舊的法國橡木桶中陳存1年。酒體飽滿而優雅、散發著黑莓、咖啡和淡淡的橡木香氣。 口感平衡，成熟的果香，辛辣和單寧細膩，回味悠長。 可陳放7年之後再品嚐固中的變化。

This is an uncomplicated, luscious tasting wine producing a smooth, round finish. The fruit is well developed with hints of chocolate. This is a perfect wine for big occasions and superb for drinking now. It will also reward you handsomely with cellaring for another 8-10 years.
